Nadine Bailey’s current practice spans land use, permitting, zoning, commercial real estate and development, business law, and estate planning. Her decades as a civil litigator show up in how she works: she spots the issue three moves before it becomes a problem, and she’s comfortable managing public officials, technical experts, and opposing counsel in the same afternoon.
Before moving into this side of the practice, Nadine spent over a decade in complex litigation: business, commercial, and construction disputes; insurance defense including premises and product liability, property damage, and personal injury matters; and insurance-coverage and class action work. She’s tried cases to verdict, argued and won motions for summary judgment that held up on appeal, and negotiated resolutions for national corporate clients, transportation companies, and insurers.
